The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) helps low-income households afford an internet connection by paying for up to $30/month of the internet bill. Need a device? Some service providers offer up to $100 towards an ACP-eligible computer or tablet device. Apply online via the listed website, send in a paper application, or contact your current phone/internet provider to apply through them directly. Don't already have internet service? Apply for ACP, and then sign up to receive service with a participating internet company. To determine eligibility or to learn more, visit the website listed below.
Eligibility: Eligibility is based on income, participation in other government assistance programs (including SNAP, MassHealth, WIC, SSI), or dependents’ participation in government assistance programs. Lifeline consumers automatically qualify for ACP. You can receive both ACP and Lifeline benefits at the same time.
