Community Action's Clean Energy Consulting Program helps homeowners, landlords, and renters figure out how to best use Mass Save Programs and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center rebates to get the best clean energy programs for their homes. Clean energy may lower cooling and heating bills over time. Call (413) 376-1140 or email energyprog@communityaction.us to set up a site visit to get the property assessed and find out which clean energy solutions would work best.
After the assessment, the following will be provided:
> An evaluation for the property that includes installation costs, energy savings, maintenance costs, and the calculated payback period
> Information about available rebates and financial incentives for upgrades & installations
