Residential and Employment Supports

Pathlight’s Residential and Employment Supports provide staff support and assistance with housing arrangements, and employment or volunteer placements, to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
Residential Supports offers a variety of housing options and a range of supports that adjust to the age of the individual served and the level of support needed. Pathlight operates over 20 group residences throughout western Massachusetts for individuals with personal challenges, disabilities or medical issues.
Community Residences make it possible for adults with developmental, behavioral and health-related issues to receive the services they need while living in a safe, dignified, family-like setting within the community. Residential Supports and Intensive Residential Services include Employment Supports for individuals with developmental disabilities resulting in meaningful paid work and volunteer placements. Pathlight’s Employment Supports helps individuals develop their potential and become contributing members of their community.
Pathlight provides person-specific services to those living on their own or with family members, but who need additional assistance with everyday tasks. Pathlight, along with each individual and family, work together to determine their supports and needs.
