Valley Opportunity Council's (VOC) Housing and Homeless Housing Programs provide assistance for income eligible and qualified applicants to search for and obtain affordable housing.
The Housing Program offers assistance and rental unit options at 15 various locations focusing on Veteran's Housing, Market Rate Housing and Income Eligible Housing.
Homeless Housing Programs consists of both a 14-room Family Congregate Shelter that provides homeless families with shelter and service coordination, as well as Scattered Site Permanent Supportive Housing for chronically homeless families. This supportive housing program serves families who have had long shelter stays and are assessed as needing supportive housing in order to be able to exit shelter successfully.
