The Cabot Manor After-School Program provides a safe and educational environment for younger Chicopee Housing Authority residents during after-school hours, and runs from September through April.

The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) services focus primarily on individuals who are low-income and are seeking more education and training, helping adults and high school seniors begin or continue their postsecondary education.
GEAR UP offers a wide range of services including in or after-school tutoring, college and educational field trips, attendance and retention programs, faculty support/professional development, parent/guardian financial literacy workshops and much more.
YouthWorks, for low-income and at-risk youth ages 14-21, provides opportunities to engage in paid work-readiness training and internships while gaining real-world experience, job skills and access to growing career paths.
WIOA Out-of-School Program is designed to help participants earn their high school equivalency while also increasing their workforce readiness. This program provides adult education, case management and teaches students the skills needed for employment and independent living.
