Eligibility: WIC Eligibility: Must reside in Massachusetts. Household income at or below 185% of the federal poverty level. A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Parent, grandparent, foster parent or other legal guardian of a child under five years of age. If you receive Traditional Aid to Families with Dependent Children (TAFDC), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or MassHealth (Medicaid), you are automatically income eligible.
