The Massachusetts Fair Housing Center (MFHC) is committed to ending systemic housing discrimination through education and outreach, advocacy, housing counseling and enforcement. If you or someone you know has experienced housing discrimination call the MFHC now. Services are provided in English, Spanish and numerous languages via our language translation service.
The Massachusetts Fair Housing Center:- Investigates your complaint
- Reviews the results of the investigation with you and discusses your options
- Where there is sufficient evidence of housing discrimination, the MFHC can help you file a complaint with the proper agency or in court
- If you are successful in your housing discrimination case, you may be able to obtain the housing unit and/or receive monetary damages
If you need information or training on how to comply with fair housing laws, MFHC will:- Provide individual counseling
- Educate you and your staff about your rights and responsibilities under the fair housing laws
- Provide guidance in resolving compliance issues
