The Massachusetts Fair Housing Center (MFHC) is committed to ending systemic housing discrimination through education and outreach, advocacy, housing counseling and enforcement. If you or someone you know has experienced housing discrimination call us now (providing services in English and Spanish). The MFHC can:

    • Investigate your complaint
    • Review the results of the investigation with you and discuss your options
    • Where there is sufficient evidence of housing discrimination, we can help you file a complaint with the proper agency or in court
    • If you are successful in your housing discrimination case, you may be able to obtain the housing unit and/or receive monetary damages
If you need information or training on how to comply with fair housing laws, we can:
    • Provide individual counseling
    • Educate you and your staff about your rights and responsibilities under the fair housing laws
    • Provide guidance in resolving compliance issues
Our walk-in hours are Monday 10:00am-12pm and Thursday 1:00-3:00pm. The Massachusetts Fair Housing Center has been serving Western and Central Massachusetts since 1989.
