The Hadley Council on Aging's ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life of Hadley's residents 60 years of age and over and to enable them to remain active and independent within their own community.The Hadley COA sets local policy for the administration of elder programs and services; identifies the total needs of the community's elder population; develops, promotes, and implements services to meet these needs; serves as an advocate for elders; and educates the community-at-large about these needs and the available resources. Eligibility: Programs, services, and activities are open to Hadley residents ages 55 and older. Exercise and meal programs are open to Hadley residents ages 60 and older. Younger Hadley residents and out-of-town residents are welcome to participate as space allows.
