The Appleton Street Clinic in Holyoke, MA offers outpatient individual, group and family therapy for adolescents and adults. CHD's counselors help with issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, behavioral challenges, alcohol and substance abuse, relationship issues, physical or sexual abuse, GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender) issues, and other concerns. Medication management is also available in conjunction with counseling.
