Highland Valley Elder Services provides assessment for, arranges and oversees in-home care which may include everything from light housekeeping and chore services to personal and care management services. Highland Valley Elder Services Home Care includes:
- Care Management Services: Long-term case management to help elders and family care-givers.
- Family Caregiver Program: If you are caring for an elderly family member, we can connect you with a wide range of support services.
- Personal Emergency Response Service: Provides a 24-hour monitored medical communications alert system.
- Home Health Services: Persons aged 60 and older may obtain skilled nursing, home health care and physical therapy in the home.
- Chore Services: Provides elders with assistance with heavy household chores and home maintenance tasks.
- Adult Day Programs: An alternative to institutional care, this program offers health supervision, restorative services and socialization.
- Respite Services: Offers family caregivers a breather, even though they may have effective support and services.
- Personal Care and Homemaker Services: Our Personal Care Program enables qualified adults over 60 to receive help at home.
- Home Delivered Meals: Monday through Friday, a friendly delivery person brings elders a hot, healthy noon-time meal prepared in our own kitchens.
