The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts Brown Bag: Food for Elders Program provides a bag of groceries to seniors and people with disabilities once a month through distribution sites throughout Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties.
The Brown Bag Program is administered through senior centers in the following cities and towns: Adams, Amherst, Athol, Belchertown, Bernardston, Brimfield, Charlemont, Cheshire, Chester, Chesterfield, Chicopee, Deerfield, Easthampton, Erving, Florida, Granby, Granville, Great Barrington, Greenfield, Hadley, Hampden, Hatfield, Holyoke, Huntington, Lanesboro, Lee, Lenox, Ludlow, Middlefield, Monson, Montague, North Adams, Northampton, Northfield, Orange, Otis, Palmer, Pittsfield, Plainfield, Royalston, Russell, Shelburne, South Deerfield, South Hadley, Southwick, Springfield, Stockbridge, Ware, Westfield, West Springfield, Wilbraham, Williamsburg, Williamstown, and Worthington.
Home delivery can't be guaranteed; someone must pick-up. Home delivery sometimes available on case-by-case basis.
