NELCWIT’s hotline provides emotional support, information, and resources for those dealing with domestic violence or sexual assault and is the primary entry to NELCWIT’s services for new clients. All hotline staff are familiar with the needs of individuals who have experienced sexual assault and domestic violence, and all have expertise regarding resources available in the Franklin County-North Quabbin area.
