Nutrition Counseling and Diabetes Education

Community Health Center's (CHCFC) Registered Dietitian is available at CHCFC's Greenfield and Orange sites to provide Certified Diabetes Education and nutrition counseling by appointment for both established patients as well as patients established elsewhere for primary care.
We recognize that Certified Diabetes Education in our area is in short supply and thankfully our nutritionist who is Certified in Diabetes Education is able to see anyone regardless of where they are established for their primary care. She is able to see patients in both of our locations in Greenfield on Mondays and Thursdays and in Orange on Fridays.
