WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a nutrition program providing supplemental healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and other services, free of charge, to pregnant and post partum women, infants and children up to 5 years old.
To qualify for WIC, you must live in Massachusetts, have a child under 5 years old, are pregnant or breastfeeding and have a family income less than WIC Income Guidelines. Participants with Mass Health Standard and/or SNAP participants are automatically eligible for WIC.
