Family Support Centers/ Outreach

Many community programs, services and resources can be found at the Hilltown Community Family Center. Whether you’ve received a recent chronic disease diagnosis, become a parent for the first time (or the 5th!), need help getting or using health insurance, want to apply for SNAP (food stamps) or other resources, have experienced domestic violence, or want help reaching health goals, our community programs can connect and empower you and your family with resources, education, and assistance. The Family Center also offers playgroups, parenting support, case management, outreach, and referral to other needed services.
