The Beacon House is a recovery home for women 18 years and older in the early stages of substance abuse recovery. A lightly structured, drug free environment and case management is offered. Minimum stay for completion of program is 3 months.
Our goal is to provide residents with the structure and support they need to establish meaningful, drug-free living, and to prepare them for return to independent living in the community. In addition to on-site support, we offer residents comprehensive case management which may include referral to professional counseling, vocational rehabilitation, education and literacy programs, and housing assistance services. We further encourage each program participant to develop a recovery support system in the wider community.
