Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) for individuals with disabilities or other societal disadvantages, provides a comprehensive array of training, education, job search, and job support services that enable employment seekers to secure and retain work on their path to economic stability and career growth.
Viabilty and the CIES program provides individualized, client-centered employment services that engage individuals in the employment process. CEIS's staff has direct experience in job training and placement, business development, and building relationships with employers and community partners to maximize opportunities.
Offered in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) and with a network of 600+ employer partners, employment services include:

Viability encourages self-determination for individuals with psychiatric, developmental, cognitive, or physical disabilities, including hearing impairment, blindness, traumatic brain injuries, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis. Viability's Employment Services include:
> Access to employment-oriented education, training, and job-readiness > Supported employment: work experience for the deaf and hard of hearing, for survivors of traumatic brain injury, help for entrepreneurs, and school-to-work programs > Support for families of people with psychiatric disabilities: includes outreach, advocacy, and referrals
