Add New Agency Information

Adding Your Agency to the Directory

Agencies can apply to list their organization and programs in the Look4Help Public Resource Directory. Each submitted application request is reviewed for compliance with the Inclusion/Exclusion Policy and must meet the policy requirements and inclusion criteria.

Agencies who are listed in the directory must keep Community Action Pioneer Valley informed of service changes (e.g. services provided, contact information, intake procedures, and eligibility requirements). An annual request to review and update information will be sent to each agency’s administrative contact.

Before you submit a request to add your agency, please review our Inclusion/ Exclusion Policy, verify your eligibility, and Search the Directory to verify that you are not already listed.
